At getsolids, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

2. Return Request Timeframe
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items purchased during clearance or sale

Custom or personalized products

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at admin@getsolids.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product photos.

After approval, ship the product back to the address provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

5. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
